No ownership of any part of the information gained on or through PensionHelp America is, or rights in connection with any trademarks or service marks of PensionHelp America are transferred to you under this Agreement. You agree not to display or use any trademarks or service marks of PensionHelp America in any manner without the Pension Rights Center's prior written consent.
