You agree to indemnify and hold the Pension Rights Center and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents and affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of PensionHelp America, your violation of any terms or conditions of the Agreement or your violation of any rights of any third party.

This constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contemplated hereby and all prior or contemporary agreements, understandings, representations and statements oral or written, are merged herein.
